Pascale Ehrenfreund is the Chair of the Executive Board of the German Aerospace Center (DLR). The German Aerospace Center is among the largest center for aerospace, energy and transportation research in Europe with more than 8600 employees. Prior to her appointment to DLR she was the President of the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) from 2013-2015.
Pascale Ehrenfreund is also Research Professor of Space Policy and International Affairs at the Space Policy Institute/George Washington University in Washington DC, Chancellor of the International Space University ISU and incoming President of the International Astronautical Federation (IAF). Pascale Ehrenfreund holds a Master degree in Molecular Biology, a PhD in Astrophysics, and a Master degree in Management & Leadership.

Earlier in his career, John was a research associate at Harvard Medical School and has co-authored several papers with global thought-leaders in the field of cardiovascular physiology with a focus on acute myocardial infarction, ventricular arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death. John cut his teeth at the "big"; agencies including Ogilvy CommonHealth, where he has held a series of positions including Chief Creative Officer, Chief Strategic Officer and unit President.

Born on January 2, 1963 in Los Angeles, USA; Roman Catholic; married; two children. His childhood spent Ullmann in Los Angeles until he moved in 1972 with his family back to Germany. After graduating from the Reichenbach High School in Ennepetal in 1981, he studied human medicine at the Ruhr University Bochum and graduated in 1987 with the medical state examination. During his time as an assistant physician at the University Hospital at St. Josef Hospital in Bochum, he participated in clinical training at St Clare's Hospital / Spellman Center in New York City in the area of HIV / AIDS. Since 1995 he worked at the University Clinic Mainz. He trained as an infectiologist at Harvard Medical School from 1996-1998. He habilitated in 2008 in the Mainz University Medical Center and followed in 2012 a call to university professor at the University Hospital Würzburg. Ullmann is section spokesman for infectiology at the BDI (professional association of German internists) and assessor in the working group infections in hematology and oncology of the DGHO. Since 2015, he has been a lecturer at the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom.

Dr. Eyal Zimlichman is currently Chief Medical Officer and Chief Innovation Officer at Sheba Medical Center, Israel's largest hospital. Prior to this Dr. Zimlichman has held the position of Lead Researcher at Partners Health Care Clinical Affairs Department in Boston. Dr. Zimlichman holds an appointment at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School where he is conducting research on implementing technology to improve quality and patient safety. Eyal is certified in internal medicine, is a graduate of the Harvard School of Public Health and has earned his MD at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
Director, Sauti kuu Foundation
Born and raised in Kenya, Dr. Obama studied in Germany, obtaining a Masters degree at the University of Heidelberg. She completed her doctorate studies at the University of Bayreuth and also graduated from the Berlin Film and Television Academy. Dr. Obama lived and worked in Germany and the UK for several years before returning to Kenya to work for the humanitarian agency, CARE International. A key component of her work there was to create and coordinate Sport for Social Change Network, a global initiative that uses sport as a tool for social change. Dr. Obama is the Director of the Sauti Kuu Foundation (www.sautikuufoundation.org), which she founded in 2010 Dr Auma Obama. Sauti Kuu (Kiswahili for ‘Powerful Voices’) seeks to give a voice to financially and socially disadvantaged children and youth. Using a Self-Help Model of intervention the Foundation works to unlock their potential and enable them to improve their lives. Dr Obama also has held/ holds the following positions: Trustee of the Jacobs Foundation (2011 – 2015), Councilor of the World Future Council (2015 - Current), Patron of the Storymoja International Festival (2014 – Current) and the WELT Business Club (2017). Trustee of the Stiftung Lesen (German Reading Foundation (2015 – 2017), and a Council Member of the Kilimanjaro Initiative since 2014. Trustee of the Jim Button Foundation, Dr. Obama is the Initiator of the Sauti Kuu Act Now Youth Awards. Dr Obama is also a published author. Her memoir ‘Das Leben kommt immer dazwischen’, was first written and published in German in 2010. The English edition ‘And Then Life Happens’ later came out in 2012. She has been awarded numerous prizes for her humanitarian work as well as an international Speaker. Dr. Obama, is an alumni of the Rockefeller Foundation‘s Bellagio Centre Residency Program.

Ambassador Gurjit Singh is a senior Indian diplomat with 37 years of experience. He has been the Ambassador of India to Germany, Indonesia and ASEAN and Ethiopia and the African Union besides having been in in Japan, Sri Lanka, Kenya and Italy on assignment. He has authored four books the last of which was Opportunity Beckons: Adding Momentum to the Indo-German partnership which focused on how India and Germany can diversify and intensify their relations in a globalizing world as good partners.
He frequently contributes on economic, developmental, strategic and trade issues to various journals and books. He has an abiding interest in developmental economics and issues of sustainable development. He is an Honorary Professor of Humanities at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Indore. He Chairs the CII business Task Force on Trilateral Cooperation in Africa.

He is convinced that innovation in healthcare technology, along with the current developments in Mobile and Wearable platforms, Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality, along with AI, Deep Learning, Blockchain, Nanotechnology, 3D printing and Robotics will exponentially improve healthcare connectivity, communication and data management, and result in more efficient, intuitive, less expensive and ultimately better and more empathic patient care and Medical Education, as well as improved Global Access to Healthcare.
