Andreas Mauroschat advises German and international clients on all current labour, occupational pension and data protection issues. One of his main areas of expertise are complex data protection projects in an international environment, for example the outsourcing of data processing processes and international data transfer concepts within corporate groups. Andreas Mauroschat regularly conducts compliance investigations for clients, often in connection with fraud investigations or data protection violations. In addition, he has many years of experience in the employment law support of M&A transactions, in- and outsourcing measures and corporate restructurings. Andreas Mauroschat advises renowned German and international companies in the financial industry on the structuring of remuneration systems in a regulated environment. He has many years of consulting experience in the USA and Great Britain and regularly advises on cross-border transactions that require legal expertise in these two countries.
