CHRISTIAN KLOSE

Christian Klose has had a career at the AOK in various positions. Starting with an apprenticeship as a social security clerk and a later specialisation as a health insurance specialist at AOK Berlin, his path led him to regional responsibility as head of the customer service department at AOK Berlin. In 2007, he became a member of the AOK Berlin management team, with a focus on customer service, marketing and sales, corporate and private customer service and dental care. With the merger of AOK Berlin and AOK Brandenburg in 2010, he assumed the role of Managing Director in the newly created AOK Berlin-Brandenburg market management division. One year later, he also took over this role in AOK Nordost, which had emerged from another association with AOK Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Since 2016, he has been CDO of AOK Nordost and heads the Digital Innovation Management department. He sees himself as a networker, pilot and driver of digitalisation. Mr. Klose pursues the philosophy that the digital transformation of AOK Nordost can only succeed if the human factor is focused alongside digital developments - both internally and externally.
