Eileen has seven years of experience working in the start-up and social entrepreneurship space in Europe, Asia and Africa. She works as an advisor to the German Indian Startup Exchange Program (GINSEP). Before returning to Germany, she worked as a project manager for a project on corporate engagement in start-up incubation and as an advisor on innovation promotion in MSMEs for GIZ in India. Eileen has a Bachelor in Business Administration, Political Science and Public Administration and graduated as a Master of Science in Marketing from Berlin Institute of Technology. She has also worked as a research assistant for Fraunhofer, one of the leading research institutes in Europe for applied science, on topics such as Knowledge Management, Cluster Development and Innovation. Eileen has gained substantial international experience while conducting assignments in Asia, Africa and Europe for various clients such as GIZ, the German Startups Association and the Bertelsmann Foundation.
