The XPOMET© Medicinale 2019 Is Over: Bring on 2020!

After months of hard work, the Xpomet© Medicinale© 2019 is finally over. First of all, we would like to thank all of our speakers, ambassadors, labourers, team members, volunteers exhibitors, partners and members of the press, for taking this journey with us. Without them it wouldn’t be possible, and for that we are extremely grateful.

Collaboration, innovation and digitalisation were the main themes of the three day medicinale, imagining a healthcare of the future that’s more open, cutting-edge and geared towards the patient. With two days for B2B collaboration — Innovation and Research on Day 1, October 10th, and Entrepreneurship & Next Generation on Day 2, October 11th — and one day for a B2C showcases and children’s events on the Public Day (also titled Future Vision & Partnerships), the Medicinale covered the whole gamut of the healthcare system. Complemented by a variety of artistic workshops, performances and parties, the Medicinale© left attendees feeling hopeful towards yet driven to change the future of care.

Across 5 stages and 7 exhibition arenas, all simultaneously showing something different, the Medicinale was a feast for the eyes and the mind, an exploration of healthcare innovation that left no stone unturned. From Women’s Health to Space Health to Forming STEM Communities, there was something for everyone here.

After a much needed day off, the Xpomet team is back working hard on Xpomet 2020, which will run from October 15th-17th and be even bigger and better than this year. Additionally, throughout the rest of this year we will be putting on a variety of small events, so please stay in touch with us if you want to get involved with the Xpomet community. To dive deeper into the themes of the Medicinale, our podcast series will still be ongoing, so make sure to check it out here and await the latest episodes.
