Dr. Stefan Drauschke founded GÖK Consulting in 1990, leveraging his extensive 25-year experience as both a doctor and entrepreneur to contribute to XPOMET's endeavors.

As the Chair of the XPOMET Medical Board, Dr. Drauschke plays a pivotal role in shaping the XPOMET program, actively engaging in collaborations and overseeing partner management initiatives.

With a distinguished academic background, Dr. med. Stefan Drauschke obtained his doctorate from the Free University of Berlin. His expertise extends beyond medicine, as he is also recognized as a communication trainer and systemic coach in accordance with DBVC guidelines. Accredited as an Insights MDI® consultant, he assists companies in unlocking their full potential.

Outside of work, he enjoys participating in various sports activities, further reflecting his dynamic and active lifestyle.
